The Reinhofer group takes part in several internal and external Social actions. Appropriated conditions for the performance in the work are offered to the collaborators, by acquiring modern machinery with cabins, besides the constant preoccupation with security and comfort when performing their activities. Good agriculture practices are performed, such as the use of EPI.s, hygiene and cleanness which are practices not performed only in the work environment but also in the worker’s private life which are extended to their families. Clothes are distributed in the company, recreational days besides fringe benefits as medical and incentive for studies. Local communities are benefited by direct actions of the group and the participations of the croup’s collaborators in local festivities.
